As he continued the battle to unify Japan (Unification of the Nation by Force) and used Gifu Castle as his base, it is said that Lord Oda Nobunaga welcomed guests with warm hospitality by even building a palace at the foot of the castle mountain that was named "Heaven on Earth."

We have prepared a matcha green tea containing gold dust in honor of Lord Nobunaga who loved to show his hospitality by performing tea ceremonies.

Dojo Hachiyagaki Persimmons—boasting a history of 1,000 years. These are the finest quality dried persimmons, presented to the imperial court (emperor) and generals of the past.
